Jr. Dispatch Coordinator

This position will be based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

• Handles loading/unloading of stocks
• Handles inventory/stock counts
• Organizes/stores stocks in the proper location
• Prepares dispatch documentation for dispatch to inter-company and customers
• Packs and labels items correctly
• Ensures that products are delivered to customers in timely manner
• Updates inventory logs and documentation
• Follows proper documentation process and safety procedures in warehouse
• Inspects all items being received and shipped, checks for damage or missing items
• Reports warehouse/dispatch related issues to the team lead
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable academic institution
• Proven 2+ years of Dispatch/Warehouse experience.
• Good in Microsoft office application especially in Excel.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and attention to details.
• Can work well under pressure and display good organizational skills.
• Good in communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• Dispatch/Warehouse: 2 years (Required)
