POSITION SUMMARY:

The Jr. E-commerce Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the merchandising and marketing initiatives of our ecom & DTC department.
This role is integral in shaping the online customer experience and executing strategic, aligned digital communications to deliver accelerated growth.
The individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations across products, traffic, conversion, and retention.

What you’ll do

  • Receive & track samples for ecom photography shoot & photo studio logistics
  • Assist in ecom photography shoots & prep
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving any technical issues.
  • Support with website product listings, including new additions and updates, ensuring comprehensive descriptions and appealing imagery.
  • Conduct SEO optimization for product listing visibility and performance
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion or differentiation based on consumer demand and market trends.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the expanded product range into the existing e-commerce platform and marketing efforts.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring a smooth turnover & maintain healthy sales flow
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment, resolve customer issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
