We are looking for people who:
- Are digitally native with a passion for e-Commerce;
- Have strong analytical skills (i.e. Excel) and fast learning ability for new tools
- Hands-on mentality and proactive collaborative player
- Skilled and proven record in interpreting data and market trends, translating them into insights and actionable sales recommendations/opportunities.
- Have first experience with customer and P&L management, understanding of inter-connectivity of critical metrics and departments to achieve sustainable growth.
- Have creative flair for bringing brands to life.
- Have a growth mindset, can see the bigger picture and are relentless in making things happen.
Top Accountabilities:
- Co-management and P&L responsibility of small pure-player accounts; responsible for forecasting, commercial planning, reporting and investment / budget management.
- Accountability for day-to-day operations on Amazon Germany; maintaining portfolio, promotional plans, and activation. Ability to work hand-in-hand with Amazon Lead to deliver outstanding performance.
- Analyse metrics to identify trends, generate sales growth and enhance conversion; deep dive on business challenges to identify the root cause and work with partners to identify solution and opportunities.
- Work cross functionally to drive sales & marketing capability with the commercial and customer marketing team to build integrated plans which inspire change, incremental sales and return on investment.
- Champion for eCommerce within the business, taking care of the engagement and motivation cross-functionally to support the team and your customers.
