Description:
We are on the hunt for a Jr. Financial Advisor to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Jr. Financial Advisor, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the financial health and success of our clients. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of crafting and implementing tailored financial plans, managing client relationships, and assisting with various financial products. This role also provides the opportunity for career growth within the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement personalized financial plans following a thorough analysis
- Provide assistance to clients with a variety of financial products including annuities, life, long-term care, and managed portfolios
- Foster, manage, and retain robust client relationships using your skills in CRM and Client Relations
- Support the Advisor in achieving individual and team objectives
- Utilize your knowledge of Equity Investment and Series 65 to provide optimal service to clients
- Adopt a proactive approach in learning and growing within the firm, with the potential to evolve into a lead advisor or relationship advisor role
- Handle Commissions - Insurance effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidate must possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant financial advisory position
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is mandatory
- Exceptional client relations skills and experience in managing detail-oriented relationships
- Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations
- Knowledge and understanding of equity investment strategies and principles
- Must have passed Series 65 exam, indicating proficiency in investment advising
- Experience with insurance commissions, including understanding and calculating various types of commissions.
