JOB SUMMARY:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for incident triage, managing system access, and assisting the Business Applications team with larger initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the implementation of business solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of incident management and access control principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Triage and prioritize incoming incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage and grant system access permissions for users in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to address and resolve access-related issues.
- Document and track incidents and access requests, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist the Business Applications team in the planning and execution of larger initiatives.
- Support the development and maintenance of business process documentation.
- Provide support and training to users on access management and incident resolution processes.
- Analyze incident trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on incident management, access control, and project activities.
