Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for incident triage, managing system access, and assisting the Business Applications team with larger initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the implementation of business solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of incident management and access control principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Triage and prioritize incoming incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Manage and grant system access permissions for users in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to address and resolve access-related issues.
  • Document and track incidents and access requests, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist the Business Applications team in the planning and execution of larger initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of business process documentation.
  • Provide support and training to users on access management and incident resolution processes.
  • Analyze incident trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on incident management, access control, and project activities.
