We are a small team that values a hands-on and proactive approach, and we are currently looking for a Jr. Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Jr. Lead Generation Specialist to join RoverPass. This entry-level position is crucial for gathering and managing high-quality leads from government counties to support our sales and marketing efforts. The Jr. Lead Generation Specialist will follow a structured process to identify and compile potential leads, ensuring accuracy and relevance to our target markets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines.
- Excellent research skills and familiarity with online tools and databases.
- Basic understanding of government structures and processes is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to work.
- Previous experience in data entry or lead generation is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads from government counties.
