JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Junior MS Dynamics Developer/Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, along with some experience in customer support or end-user interaction. In this role, you will assist in the customization, maintenance, and support of our Dynamics 365 platform to ensure it aligns with business needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to grow their technical skills while providing valuable CRM solutions and support to internal teams and clients

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years + of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and its modules, workflows, and entities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Experience in providing customer support or technical support for end-users.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting/analytics tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, or Power Platform (Power Automate/PowerApps) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 customizations, including form customization, workflows, and plugins.
  • Familiarity with data migration processes and tools.
  • Understanding of customer service processes and best practices for CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM integrations with third-party applications or services.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience
  • Years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the customization and configuration of MS Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
  • Work with senior developers to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Dynamics CRM environment.
  • Provide support for end users by resolving technical issues, troubleshooting, and answering inquiries related to Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Participate in system testing, debugging, and deployment activities to ensure smooth CRM operations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of Dynamics CRM applications, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Document system customizations, configurations, and processes, and contribute to the development of user training materials.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated with new features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 to help improve system processes.
