POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Junior National Account Executive to join our National Advertising Agency team at Pattison Outdoor. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a successful sales team. You will work alongside senior sales professionals, assist with the sales process, and support client relationships to drive revenue growth in outdoor advertising.

What you’ll do…

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients within the outdoor advertising sector (e.g., agencies).
  • Research and develop leads through various sources, including databases, social media, and industry events.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist senior sales representatives with presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions.
  • Support the creation of quotes, contracts, and follow-up communication.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Help manage existing client accounts by providing regular communication, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings with senior sales representatives to understand requirements and present outdoor advertising options.
  • Follow up with potential and current clients to ensure the timely execution of contracts and campaigns.
  • Campaign Tracking and Reporting:
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of outdoor advertising campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to senior sales team on client needs and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
