Our Sales team has a newly created role of Jr. Program Manager that is ideal for anyone wanting to grow into an Account Manager career.
As a Jr. Program Manager, you will work alongside Program Managers and Account Managers as you dive into the sales and account management process. This is the perfect opportunity to learn all the details from the ground up on your pathway to a long-term career at Rainbow Greenhouses.
You will partner with our Program and Account Managers to learn how we deliver an exceptional customer experience, develop, lead, and execute all aspects of order development and replenishment. We’ll give you the tools and support you need to help ensure we produce and deliver a winning program.

• Provide ongoing support to the Program and Account Managers
• Collaborate with growers and purchasing to support new product presentations
• Support the success of the shipping and merchandising strategy
• Monitor inventory movement, drive replenishment orders in accordance with market conditions, maintain optimal inventory levels
• Measure and monitor weekly sales performance
• Stay apprised of product availability, manage seasonal transitions
• Conduct store visits
  This role is based out of our Chilliwack location and will require some travel to stores as needed.

Our compensation package includes a base hourly wage, mileage, benefits, matching RRSP and on top of that we are growing which means there are growth opportunities for you as well.
