Product development
Industrialization process
Product cost saving development
Maintaining Laboratory Equipment
SLOB Reduction Program
Support Sales, Technology Development and SCM in delivering customer solution
Conduct research and development programs align with the product and technology strategies
Providing technical advice and support project development with ink application
Follow up feedback/update on new introduced product/development
Ensure Ink Portal implementation
Support technical trial, trouble shooting, and discussion with customer
Ensure all formulation are comply with end user regulation
Follow HSE, 5S and Quality Police
What do You bring as Jr. Technology Development Executive
A Bachelor in Chemistry or Chemical engineering
Fresh graduate or someone who start to work in chemical industry/ coating, paint, or ink industry with R&D background working experience 1-2 years.
Basic chemical knowledge especially polymer, basic ink knowledge
Communication and Presentation skill
English conversation skill
Able to use MS. Office
Preferable has Color Matching Skill and SAP knowledge
Good attitude
