Short description
We are looking for a Jr. Tender Management and Digitalization Specialist with English language skills for our manufacturing partner with an international background in Hungary. We are seeking an individual to support our Tender Management Experts by providing crucial market information. The role involves ensuring that the business has access to necessary market data for informed decision-making, optimizing processes related to the given system, and supporting the integration of newly acquired companies.
Tasks
Responsible for SRF or TRF process
Supporting the production development process
System bugs resolution
Supporting the TRF decision making of the top management
Attending follow up calls with HQ departments regarding TRF
Preparing tender summaries - evaluations
Continuous development of the system - enabling other departments’ requests
Increasing efficiency in all aspects of tender management
Regular system cleaning and SRF checking
Involved in new integrations
Providing regular training to the new users
Participating in ad- hoc projects
Support and interface with functional departments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher vocational education
At least 1 year of experience in sales support or service desk
Has an affinity for different operation systems
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to perform accurate and precise work
