- 1–2 years of experience in buying or a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of garment construction and fabric types.

Responsibilities:
- Support in developing a balanced range and assortment of products tailored to customer needs and market trends.
- Assist in collaborating with design, merchandising, and planning teams to create collections that meet margin and sales targets.
- Contribute to building a buying strategy that considers lifecycle planning, seasonality, and pricing structures.
- Support supplier sourcing and negotiation to secure high-quality products at the best price and lead time.
- Monitor product performance and provide input on trends and sales data to maximize results.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising and marketing to ensure the product aligns with campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and suggest opportunities for innovation and improvement.
