Description:
Sched, a fully remote and globally distributed SaaS company, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team!
We’re passionate about empowering event organizers to connect people through unforgettable events, and we’re looking for someone who shares our vision.
In this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind our revenue growth. You’ll leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to identify, qualify, and convert new leads into loyal Sched customers. By building strong relationships, effectively presenting our innovative event management software, and negotiating winning deals, you’ll play a vital role in helping businesses of all sizes bring people together for impactful events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and a hunger for success. (2+ years of B2B SaaS experience)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, building rapport, and influencing key decision-makers.
- You possess a strong customer mindset to prioritize customer needs, manage expectations, and balance multiple priorities across a high-volume book of clients.
- You have a collaborative approach, are confident in testing new strategies, questioning existing processes, and are focused on developing the best solutions for our customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and subscription-based business models.
- Experience using sales methodology frameworks to close renewals (SPICED preferred).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with Hubspot, Google Suite, and Notion will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- As a pivotal part of the team, you will identify and guide prospects through the full sales cycle, with a focus on providing value.
- You will identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts. This is an inbound and outbound role.
- You will manage the full sales cycle for a high volume of prospects.
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- You will gain a deep understanding of Sched’s product and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
- You will work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to make sure our customers have a seamless experience.
- You will maintain and ensure accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system (Hubspot).
- Your focus will be on long-term success by ensuring prospects convert and get lasting value from Sched.
