Description:

Endear is seeking a Junior Account Executive with a passion for building relationships and helping both customers and leads solve problems using Endear. Our dream candidate is self-motivated and has an entrepreneur-like attitude towards their work. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the growth of Endear and will be involved in shaping the sales team and process. You will own your entire sales cycle from initial qualifying call the way through to sign-up, conversion, and expansion. You’ll work cross-functionally with key department stakeholders and collaborate with leaders from customer success, marketing, and product. The right person for this role has experience in SaaS sales and a passion for working in start-up environments; familiarity with the retail industry is a plus! Ultimately, if you are a go-getter who wants to make an impact and would like a chance to own your decisions and the results that follow, this role is for you.

In this role, you should expect to:

  • Own the entire sales cycle including qualification, prospecting, nurturing, and closing. You will be given a steady stream of inbound leads, but you will also be expected to generate half of your own pipeline via outbound.
  • Diagnose a prospect’s biggest pain point and execute on-screen demos of the Endear platform explaining how Endear helps solve that pain.
  • Nurture opportunities to ensure you are providing the correct resources and information to guide them through their decision-making process.
  • Work hand in hand with an Account Manager to ensure customers have a positive onboarding experience and remain on track for full expansion.
  • Make suggestions and improvements to the sales cycle including but not limited to our tools, pitch, and overall sales strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and marketing to ensure two-way feedback opportunities between your leads & customers and the team at large

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably on a team selling software B2B (SaaS).
  • You’re excited about both the flexibility and the challenge that comes with working for a start-up company.
  • You enjoy identifying and solving new business problems; never afraid to question the status quo.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
  • You’re eager to learn and grow beyond this role by having an “all hands on deck” attitude.
  • You’re comfortable working remotely.
