Description:

Bolster Systems is an established Software-as-a-service company for the Construction industry based out of Trafford Park in Manchester. Over the last 10 years, our personal approach to customer service teamed with our industry-leading technology has provided a unique product and service that our customers love.
Due to consistent, organic year-on-year growth, we are seeking two highly motivated Junior Account Managers to join our team. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the wider Account Management team with maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities within the existing client base while working towards becoming an establshed Account Manager, taking responsibiility for your own client relationships.

  • Confidence to demonstrate and pitch our software to potential prospects.
  • Organised, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support the wider Account Management with their day-to-day duties.
  • Demonstrating the Bolster Software to potential prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations.
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients and handle all requests and queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards.
  • Support the wider Account Management team in meeting or exceeding performance metrics as defined by the company.

  • Any previous experience in a Customer Service role
