Description:

Job Function: Field Sales The role:

  • You will work closely with team members to manage and develop relationships with both existing and potential clients, focusing on software licensing and IT services
  • As a Junior Account Manager, you will support senior colleagues in their roles, learning to be the primary contact for clients and gradually taking on more responsibilities as you grow in the role
  • Your tasks will include assisting in the cultivation of long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, guided by more experienced team members
  • You will assist in the preparation and negotiation of software agreements and managed services contracts, gaining valuable hands-on experience
  • You will be involved in identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, working alongside sales professionals to improve client value
  • To deliver a complete and positive customer experience, you will collaborate with specialist sales and technical teams, learning how to integrate IT solutions effectively
  • You will stay informed about market developments, supporting the implementation of sales strategies alongside the inside sales team and technical experts

What we need to see from you:

  • You have some initial experience (ideally 1-2 years) in customer account management, with a focus on supporting large clients. Experience in the public sector is a plus but not required
  • You have a basic understanding of software and IT services sales. Any knowledge of Microsoft licensing is a bonus, but not essential
  • You are eager to learn, willing to travel, and hold a valid driver’s license
  • You resonate with our company values and are motivated to grow within our organization
  • Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn negotiation techniques, and a high level of reliability and service orientation are key traits we’re looking for
  • You bring passion for developing your social and methodological competencies in a supportive environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French and a very good level of verbal communication in German round off your profile
