Ideally, you will be educated to degree level with a keen interest in science and experience in project management as an Account Executive (or equivalent) within medical communications. On a personal level, you’ll be proactive, friendly and optimistic and will have the demonstrated ability to take responsibility and prioritize your workload. You’ll also be a flexible team player, able to multi-task and thrive working in an energetic team and enjoy working with people from all areas of the company on a day-to-day basis.

You’ll get to work with an enthusiastic and talented team of medical communications experts, supporting them to provide world-class service for our clients on projects across therapy areas such as Oncology, Respiratory Disease, Women’s Health and more. You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks including managing schedules, organising advisory boards and symposia, updating and sharing status reports, monitoring budgets for projects, and providing support for new business activities. You may also have the opportunity to travel internationally.
