We are now seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join our Sales Team at an exciting stage in the company’s growth journey. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the sales process, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the success of new business opportunities. You will work closely with Senior Account Managers and the wider sales team to understand client needs, deliver value-driven solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound research activities to identify prospects and qualify leads within the existing account base, advancing them to discovery or opportunity status.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to map target account contacts, expanding relationships with senior contacts across IT, Security, HR, Sales, and Finance teams to uncover new opportunities within departments, countries, or end clients.
  • Drive stakeholder mapping to support the Account Management team in identifying key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Assist with Account Management reporting and data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales, opportunity, and contact records in the CRM system.
  • Support administrative tasks, including Salesforce management, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay updated on customer news and relevant contacts, enabling the Account Management team to engage effectively.
