We are looking for ambitious and motivated Account Manager Trainees. This is an entry-level role and previous experience is an asset. However, our main focus is finding the right person who wants to build their career with us. We are looking for driven, outgoing individuals who have previous experience providing excellent customer service. Our goal is to train and grow this candidate into an Account Manager.

  • Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts
  • Maintain a high level of service to existing customers; manage the customer relationship; and solicit referrals from these customers, where possible
  • Collaborate with customer contacts to define needs and provide solutions
  • Identify and target new business sales opportunities
  • Promote and maintain the organization’s brand image and identity within the marketplace
  • Develop sales goals for territory or area; manage all aspects of strategic sales initiatives for these regions
  • Maintain a high level of product and customer knowledge
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Travel to client sites in Canada and the US to maintain relationships with the existing customers
  • Performs other duties as required
