REQUIREMENTS FOR JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our client account team, helping to nurture and grow relationships with our valued tier-one clients. You’ll assist in creating and managing account plans that drive business success, working closely with various internal teams to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our clients every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients and competitors.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by forming and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders through regular communication. Provide prompt and accurate responses to queries.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to educate clients and drive maximum value.
  • Support the Account Management team in achieving financial targets by building solid internal and external relationships.
  • Compile and analyse data to present to clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver requests on time and in full, ensuring appropriate updates are provided.
  • Exhibit strong prioritisation, organisation, and planning skills, with excellent account administration and follow-up.
  • Prepare for ownership of an account within 6-12 months by progressively taking on more responsibilities and demonstrating readiness.
  • Make informed decisions based on available information, while recognising when to seek additional support.
