We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant specializing in HVAC & Interior Fit-Out projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• With experience in the field of HVAC / Interior Fit Out Projects

Experience:

• HVAC/Inteiror Fit Out - Field: 3 years (Preferred)

Location:

• Dubai (Required)

• Monitor and track the financial performance of HVAC and interior fit-out projects, ensuring costs are in line with budgets and project timelines. ]
• Work with the team to create and manage budgets for HVAC and interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare and process project invoices, including progress billing for HVAC and interior fit-out projects. Ensure timely submission and collection of payments from clients and vendors.
• Manage and track payments for suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers related to HVAC and interior fit-out projects. Ensure all invoices are properly documented and paid on time.
• Prepare and present financial reports for ongoing projects, including profit and loss statements, cost reports, and financial summaries
• Monitor project cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds for ongoing work.
• Ensure adherence to industry-specific financial regulations and accounting practices for construction-related projects. Stay current on changes in tax laws, construction codes, and accounting standards.
• Allocate costs to the appropriate project codes and monitor expenditures across multiple projects to ensure accuracy in cost allocation.
• Work closely with the team to provide financial insights, recommend cost-saving measures, and support project decision-making.
