Description:

Fusion Facilities commenced operations in 2013 as a business focusing on integrated management services. The vision expanded in 2015 when the Directors decided to adopt a Group structure and focus on the following sectors which are critical to the attainment of man’s physiological and safety needs. Our business outlook currently covers Africa and Europe through our subsidiaries; Fusion Facilities Management Limited (PTY) in South Africa, Fusion Group Management Limited in UAE (Dubai) and Fusion Group Management Limited in UK. We focus on Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements for management and other stakeholders.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of accounts.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Follow up with clients for prompt payments/collection of service charges.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers.
  • Monitor budget expenditures and report variances.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to senior management.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Gather and organize financial data for audit review.
  • Maintain organized financial files and documentation.
  • Respond to financial inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Suggest improvements to accounting processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and accounting standards.
