JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you’ll performs the daily accounting and financial activities for our entities in Luxembourg, but also in EMEA with a particular focus on Austria, Belgium, & Germany ; You’ll be the expert in charge of the monthly payroll entries, accruals and reconciliations for our large production facility in Luxembourg, and the reference in EMEA for Payroll matters. As an autonomous financial professional exposed to AU/DE/BE, you’ll own the yearly financials reporting, Tax reporting and VAT reporting in collaboration with local advisors for those 3 entities. In addition, as a team member of the controllership group, you’ll be involved in various corporate finance and administrative projects. Foremost, this role subject to daily internal exposure with internal teams and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum a Bachelor degree in accounting or Business Administration with major in finance/accounting
• First accounting experience (internship included) or Finance is mandatory (experience in external/internal audit is an advantage)
• IT knowledge: advanced MS Excel Skills and in ERP systems and Consolidation Tools (Microsoft AX/One Stream)
• Good level of German and English is a must, any other European language is an asset
• Excellent oral or written communication
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Good attention to details
