ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Warsaw. This role involves supporting various accounting tasks and assisting with financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a relevant educational background, basic knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in MS Office. Key qualities include attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Decreeing and entering documents for the purchase of domestic and foreign goods and services into the financial and accounting system.
• Credit card settlement.
• Issuing and posting internal invoices.
• Accounting of civil law contracts.
• Posting daily sales reports.
• Reconciling account balances, verifying, and confirming balances with contractors.
• Cooperation with external auditors.
• Participation in work related to the preparation of monthly and annual closings.
• Ongoing support for the work of the Chief Accountant and the team depending on current needs.
