JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting functions, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
- Previous experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients to our office and manage front-desk operations.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain and organize the office calendar and records.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Wave, Excel) to manage financial data efficiently.
- Help maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
