Description:
Responsibilities:
- Smoothpreparatory accounting process for both ZEITGEIST Asset Management and the
- propertycompanies managed international investors.
- Preparatoryaccounting for external financial accountants and FOND
- Verificationof incoming invoices C Payment transactions via ProfiCash
- Creationof outgoing invoices, contracts and business letters
- Charges toproperty companies and subtenants incl. calculations
- Checkingsupplied data and entering invoices in tools
- Datapreparation for standard C ad hoc reports to the management
- Ongoingdata maintenance for reporting purposes in monthly presentations
- Preparationof monthly and annual financial statements for tax consultants and fund
- Managers
Expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, real estate,banking or at least
- Commercial training as a financial accountant, bank clerk or similar financialfields.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- EXCEL-Advanced KnowHow.
