Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Checking and posting of invoices to our accounting system
  • Setting up bi-weekly payment runs, and progress checking on approvals
  • Cash management, relating to payment runs and other expenses
  • Posting of banking entries on our accounting system, and preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations, as required
  • Chasing of company receipts/expenses where omitted by submitter
  • Maintenance, monitoring and processing of staff expense reports through expense system
  • Ensuring business critical payments are made on time
  • Updating month end schedules, to be used by the rest of the finance team
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Assist with financial audits where required
  • Monitoring and timely action on Accounts Payable emails and queries from suppliers and staffInvolvement in other projects
