Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Provide day-to-day administrative support to implement Ops Administration plans and processes to maintain effective operations and productivity by developing well organized work procedures and workflow in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies

KEY TASKS

  • Under direct supervision implement Ops Administration plans and processes to maintain effective operations and productivity by developing well organized work procedures and workflow in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies

  • Under supervision manage support materials for meetings and project events.

  • Perform routine tasks, such as gathering and entering data and numbers

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for finance tasks and activities

  • Resolve recurring routine issues faced during delivery or else escalate to supervisor

  • Gather and provide financial reporting

  • Be competent in in house bespoke system

  • Follow pre-defined work procedures and workflow and implementing action plans

  • Under close supervision, provide day to day admin support in Ops Administration activities producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting and filing information, handling mail, preparing routine reports, making travel arrangements, arranging appointments, responding to inquiries, data entry, and operating office equipment

  • Provide basic support for operation and maintenance of office equipment and ensure safe and clean office workspace
