Description:

We are looking for a committed and organised Junior Administrative Assistant with German or English

What makes you a good candidate for this position:

  • You know spoken and written German/English at B1/B2 level (required)
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position (administration and/or accounting)
  • You have very good analytical skills (ability to issue invoices, verify their correctness, set up transfers, check data)
  • You have attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
  • You have good knowledge of Excel (intermediate level)
  • You know how to use modern tools such as G-suite, Google Drive or are quick to learn new programs and apps
  • You are well-organised and have multitasking skills
  • You are proactive in solving problems
  • You have a positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
  • You have high interpersonal skills and willingly support the team (including people who work remotely)

What your duties will include:

  • You will issue sales invoices and verify the correctness of cost invoices
  • You will complete the register of invoices (including advance payments)
  • You will making transfers and supervise the company account
  • You will enter customer data into the CRM system
  • You will organise accommodation for team members and company events
  • You will support the team in everyday duties
  • You will manage the proper flow of company documentation
  • You will be responsible for contact with contractors (suppliers, assemblers, customs agencies, accounting, law firm, etc.)
