QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • English (B2/C1 level or higher) and German (C1/C2 level)
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-management, initiative and independent work
  • Relevant experience in the HR field
  • Completed degree or training with a focus on HR or comparable
  • IT skills (e.g. G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel)

Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing and implementing the onboarding and offboarding process in the company.
  • Processing new hires, transfers, terminations and similar processes in our HRIS systems.
  • Creating and adapting all documents for the employee life cycle, e.g. employment contracts, change agreements, certificates, references, warnings and terminations.
  • Providing timely and accurate advice to employees, managers and HR BPs on general HR questions.
  • Communicating with employees about their documents and answering mainly complex questions related to their area of responsibility.
  • Maintaining employee data (e.g. vacation, absence, compensation, working hours) and ensuring that this data is correct and up to date.
  • Preparing both simple/standardized and complex/individual HR reports (both statutory and internal).
  • Supporting payroll accounting by timely delivery of correct payroll-relevant data.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of internal HR policies and new processes.
  • Communicating with government authorities.
