We’re looking for a pioneer to reinvent the performance marketing game together with us. This is not your ordinary performance marketing position
The outcomes we expect from your role within the first year:
- Predictable lead-flow: make sure we build a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through (AI-driven) performance marketing
Campaign efficiency: improve KPIs such as CAC and ROAS and automating workflows. Not just running campaigns and marketing ads but building a (self-optimizing) systemAttribution & Funnel Performance Insights: To scale VARM’s marketing, we need precise attribution across SEO, SEA, partnerships, organic, and offline referrals. By moving beyond last-click models to AI-driven, multi-touch insights, you will optimize budget allocation for the best-performing channels
What You’ll Be Doing:
- AI-Powered Growth – Automate and optimize campaign performance at scale
- Automation & AI Agents – Leverage LLMs, AI Agents, and BI tools to refine audience targeting, automate campaign management, and optimize conversions
- Beyond Traditional Marketing – Experiment with predictive analytics, AI-generated content, and programmatic ad buying.
- Space Exploration – Okay, maybe not literally, but we want someone who pushes boundaries and explores the unknown in growth marketing!
