Description:
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS
- Candidates for this role should possess a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Education, Management of Information Systems (MIS), Business, Technical or other related field.
- Critical thinking: ability to identify the correct resolution and/or when something may need to be discussed as a team.
- Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail and quality
- Ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively within the team and with our stakeholders, highly responsive to customer and partner needs and requests
- In-depth knowledge of tools: O365, SharePoint 2019/SharePoint Online and comfort with learning new tools
- Experience working in an Agile environment is desired
- Willingness to travel up to 10%

Role Overview:Collins Aerospace Technical University (CATU) is a high performing (and fun-loving), small team that manages a large scope of technical learning for Collins Aerospace. We are skilled change-adapters who work efficiently and effectively to complete many different tasks. Each member of CATU has a specialty but can step into others’ tasks when needed (such as team member out of office). We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. They must take ownership of and manage their day-to-day tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
- Administration in Workday Learning:
- Process course scheduling requests
- Process attendance and post-course activities
- Create/Update/Inactivate courses
- Course/Offering administration
- Learner/Instructor invites to course offerings
- Create and distribute marketing materials
- Produce CATU courses (join course offerings to help instructors and record courses, as requested)
- Manage course materials repository
- Help with the ongoing course cleanup effort
- Manage the CATU email inbox
- Support our customers (learners, instructors, training leads) with their questions/requests
- Help with the CATU SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online transition (and then maintain sites)
