The Junior Analyst will join an experienced FP&A team, a critical team responsible for delivering value-added business analysis as well as defining and reporting meaningful financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful strategic and operational decision-making. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in a high-impact role with a fast-paced private equity-backed company that offers significant opportunities for growth, including developing expertise in SaaS business models, revenue drivers, KPIs, expense management, and ROI modelling, while working alongside a seasoned and skilled team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to adapt and operate effectively in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Demonstrated self-starter and desire to grow within the company.
  • Willingness to proactively learn new skills and embrace wearing different hats.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting to the board of directors and executive and strategic leadership teams. This role will also own many of the investor reporting responsibilities and play a key role in managing relations with premier private equity investors.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of company financial data, and contribute to identifying ways to remediate inconsistencies and streamline processes.
  • Identify and measure key metrics that drive business performance. Play a key role in compiling and reviewing key metrics dashboard with a focus on aligning the format/content with our evolving business model.
  • Act as a Junior Finance Business Partner to a smaller GTM department, including monthly P&L review, month-end presentations to department leaders, and rolling forecast preparation.
  • Seek out and identify improvement opportunities and best practices to improve FP&A process efficiency and scalability.
  • This role offers the opportunity to grow within the FP&A team, by taking on larger and more prominent responsibilities that help define the strategic and financial direction of the company.
  • Assist with and manage frequent ad hoc projects to support senior management and business decisions.
