Junior Analyst, Grants Performance Management collaborate with stakeholders to manage and develop grant performance management content for a Government SharePoint site. Candidates have at least 2 years of experience creating, managing, and publishing digital content and some knowledge of performance management. Ideal candidates bring an innovation mindset and have experience or interest in the federal grants process and justice programs.
Hybrid Work Environment: Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where employees work at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date, ready to work with their team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in developing and managing digital content
- Knowledge of Federal performance management processes
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
- Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools
- Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
- Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Critical Skills: Communication, writing, editing, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of SharePoint as a platform
- Knowledge of programmatic performance management activities to include strategic planning, data-driven decision making, program planning, and performance measurementKnowledge of GPRA-MA 2010, OMB Circular A-11, Part 6, 2 CFR 200.202
- Program Planning and Design, the OMB Managing for Results: the Performance Management Playbook, and grants management best practices concepts

The projected salary range for this position is $62,000 - $88,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. At Arc Aspicio, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to translate existing material into compelling content for Federal government grant management SharePoint sites
- Apply knowledge of Federal Government performance management best practices in the creation, and editing of performance management content to the SharePoint site
- Support multiple workstreams, lead and support deliverables, and promote continuous improvement
- Support consulting projects in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members and clients on fast-paced projects and provides outstanding deliverables
- Apply business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
- Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
- Contribute towards our learning culture, where people put team, client, and company interest ahead of their own, by demonstrating interest in supervising and supporting the growth of others
