Description:
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year in position of an IT organisation
- Master/Bachelor/Vocational Degree in IT
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
- Basic understanding of IT Enterprise infrastructure (server-client architecture, cloud, hosting and virtualization, storage systems, backup)
- Advanced knowledge on MS office products especially on Excel
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI)
- Conflict handling
- Ability to work both in team and individually
- Good communication
- Customer service orientation
Responsibilities:
In this role you will cover service management functions, various reporting tasks of server infrastructure as a member of IT Global Business Services.
