THE ROLE

As a Junior Analytics Manager at Kustom, you’ll play a crucial role in our rapidly growing finance team. You’ll be working with large datasets, breaking down complex business operations, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making across the organization. This position involves close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders, requiring both analytical skills and strong communication abilities.

THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Break down business operations into smaller components to understand revenue and cost drivers
  • Proactively contribute data-driven improvement suggestions and optimizations
  • Create and maintain reports to provide insights to various stakeholders
  • Work with large and sometimes messy datasets, structuring and analyzing them effectively
  • Support in building business plans, treasury operations, and financial steering
  • Assist in preparing quarterly reports and supporting pricing strategy and budgeting
  • Adapt to an extremely ad-hoc environment, where priorities and tasks can change rapidly

WE BELIEVE YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE

  • A curious and questioning mindset - someone who’s not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity - our environment is fast-paced and constantly changing
  • Strong interpersonal skills - you’ll need to build relationships across the organization to gather information and provide insights
  • A hunger for learning - we’re looking for someone who’s eager to expand their knowledge and skills
  • The ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively to non-financial stakeholders
