SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED
- 2-4 years of experience in finance and/or analytics, preferably in startups, scaleups, or fintech environments
- Strong skills in financial modeling and data presentation
- Proficiency or willingness to learn BI tools, Python, or SQL
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, particularly in high-transaction environments
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Excellent English skills (Swedish is optional)
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward on your own initiative
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Junior Analytics Manager at Kustom, you’ll play a crucial role in our rapidly growing finance team. You’ll be working with large datasets, breaking down complex business operations, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making across the organization. This position involves close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders, requiring both analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING
- Break down business operations into smaller components to understand revenue and cost drivers
- Proactively contribute data-driven improvement suggestions and optimizations
- Create and maintain reports to provide insights to various stakeholders
- Work with large and sometimes messy datasets, structuring and analyzing them effectively
- Support in building business plans, treasury operations, and financial steering
- Assist in preparing quarterly reports and supporting pricing strategy and budgeting
- Adapt to an extremely ad-hoc environment, where priorities and tasks can change rapidly
