Description:
SKILLS:
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in development or at least 2 years of relevant experience working in the pensions services industry.
- A degree in a relevant technical subject or a relevant Microsoft certification.
- Experience as a developer within a Microsoft environment covering both front and back end development.
- Good working knowledge of the pension’s terminology and processes.
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE:
- Develop, maintain, and support business applications in line with business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse and interpret organisational and procedural problems; modify applications to introduce or alter existing business systems.
- Develop, maintain, and support The Trusts applications and business systems from business requirements definition through to deployment.
- Provide test systems/data for system and user testing and direct user acceptance testing where required.
- Act as an escalation point for technical support issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation/procedure manuals for deployment and ongoing operation/maintenance of applications.
