JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
In this role you will administer and coordinate formal training classes at the assigned customer installation site. You will be responsible for post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support. You will supports the sale of GE HealthCare products to the medical community by assisting the field Sales representatives with pre-sale demonstrations and clinical trials. The role is based in Belgium.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree or RT certification and five years clinical experience and three years of modality experience;
- Knowledgeable on the latest product platform, specifically Helical scanning;
- Prior exposure or experience with GE HealthCare products (e.g., Optional: CT/i, LightSpeed, LightSpeed Plus, Advantage Windows Workstation, software);
- Willing to travel extensively (four to five days a week, including weekends);
- All clinical, modality, and product experience must be up to date;
- Candidate should be comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment;
- Proficient with Windows based software;
- Team player;
- Fluent Dutch, French and English;
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of customer training with the Field Engineer and Sales groups.
- Support the sales process in technical presentations of (modality) products where applicable.
- Answer a wide range of questions concerning software and clinical applications.
- Produce well-written post-training reports and to provide written product feedback.
- Support tradeshow activity.
- Aware of and comply with the GE HealthCare Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position;
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines;
- Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization;
- Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization;
- Ensure timely dispatch closure;
- Ensure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI’s) within prescribed timeframe; Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.
