Responsibilities:
A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
As a Junior Application Support Analyst, you will hold an important role within the Global Risk and Compliance Group. You will have the chance to learn how to use the (Governance, Risk and Compliance) tool (Archer) carrying out tasks such as completing bulk data uploads for the business and ensuring data integrity prior to completing the task and overseeing the review process once the upload is complete. You will also have the opportunity to work on small projects as required.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
As a Junior Application Support Analyst, you will provide support to end users by undertaking user requests on Archer (known as service requests), updating, and maintaining user guides and provide administration support to consultants.
Other key skills required for the role:
- Supporting the integrity of the data in the GRC tool through various housekeeping tasks;
- Managing the update and distribution of process documentation to coincide with changes in the GRC tool;
- Supporting the GRC manager during team calls by producing minutes and actions; and
- Work as part of a wider team to ensure that support coverage exists during busy and holiday periods.
