Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Manager, Messaging & Productivity. eHealth is looking for a Junior Application Analyst with an Information Technology background, who has values knowing that the work they do has a direct impact on the lives of patients and their families. This role is an integral part of our chain of care, and we are looking for a support analyst who takes pride in delivering strong customer service, troubleshooting, and resolving technology issues that may impact patient care.
You will be part of the Collaboration and client services team, will be assisting with day-to-day SharePoint work, maintain several servers and identifying gaps in between processes and driving change for efficiency by working with seniors, management & stakeholders.
This role requires a candidate with knowledge in web development/SharePoint. Technical documentation and understanding of architecture are essential for this role. The successful candidate will have a passion for patient care and be committed to delivering high-quality solutions. Application support knowledge in power platforms would be considered an asset.

TYPICAL DAILY DUTIES:

  • Supporting SharePoint workflows
  • Working within & maintaining servers
  • Collaborating with stakeholders regarding SharePoint workflows
  • Support in configuring SharePoint per user needs
  • Collaborating & coordination with senior developments about progress of projects
  • Testing applications & other related products
