REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
- Until 3 years of experience working in application support roles;
- Knowledge in the following technologies: Java, Angular and databases (i.e. Cassandra and Oracle)
- Availability to travel to other locations when required;
- Availability to work in shifts;Good level of English (at least C1).
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents;
- Ensure the performance of daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure by support team;
- Handle late night and weekend emergency support on as required;
- Process issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification;
- Improving and documenting the technical processes around application support;Installing, configuring, and administering application servers.
