The Role
You will play a key-role within established Finance Team in Poland with responsibility for AR activities related to Global GV entities. The main purpose of the job is:
- Constant contact with customers regarding their accounts
- Working with cross-function teams to provide guidance and resolution on pending collections
- Presenting outstanding balances to management with status and updates by account
- Reconciliation of the accounts
- Processing receivable invoices and orders
- Maintaining invoices sent VS goods sent
- Working on EMEA region hours (9:00-17:00)
What you’ll need to be successful
- Good in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of GAAP financial reporting
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Quick learner and teamplayer
- Customer-oriented
