JUNIOR AUTOMATION DEVELOPER| HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for a fabulous Junior Automation Developer to join our Systems team and play a key role in assisting in the design, development, and implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions aimed at optimising business processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing operational costs.

• Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps to enhance automation processes and improve user interfaces.
• Utilise Microsoft Power Automate Desktop to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using industry-leading tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand and document business processes suitable for automation.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and bots, ensuring they meet the required performance and quality standards.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain deployed bots to ensure smooth operation, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Document automation development processes, configurations, and changes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Provide support and training to end-users on automated processes and tools.
• Stay up to date with the latest automation technologies, including Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop, Blue Prism trends, and best practices to continually improve automation solutions.
