An exciting opportunity to work at one of one of East London’s most renowned cocktail bars. Silverleaf is a multi-award winning/nominated bar just about to launch its highly anticipated 3rd annual menu and is looking for talented members of staff to join as the bar continues to get busier.
Silverleaf was in the top 10 European category for ‘Best New International Cocktail Bar’ at Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.

At Silverleaf, we put passion into the people and the product above anything else. We dedicate over 40 hours a week to production behind the scenes of all of our drinks in our flavour lab – with access to modern progressive equipment and techniques including fermentation, distillation, carbonation and clarification.
Silverleaf uses an advanced new BOH system called Ethyl which records all of our homemade and batching specifications with full scaling capabilities with a full backlog of our development and classics, working with us gives you full access to this.
Our relationship with suppliers allows us to fill our specially built whisky cabinet and tasting room – Alba with some incredible liquids, including the Papi Van Winkle range, the BTAC collection, the Yamazaki 2022 special releases, several independent bottlers and great distilleries.
Working as the Junior Bartender, your main role will be primarily a guest-facing role. You will be expected to work both behind the bar and on the floor where required. You will be explaining the menu to guests, taking beverage and food orders with recommendations where required, making and/or delivering beverages and delivering food where required. Your role will be to ensure that your guests have a wonderful and memorable experience at Silverleaf. You may be asked to work laterally including preparing cocktails and garnishes in the prep space or polishing and washing glasses. You should ensure that the standards of service and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

• Explaining the menu to guests.
• Taking Food and Beverage orders making recommendations where required.
• Making and/or delivering Beverages.
• Delivering Food.
• Ensuring guests have a wonderful and memorable experience.
• Preparing cocktails and garnishes in the prep space.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar including glassware.
