QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent in English
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, food engineering, food chemistry or similar. Alternatively, you bring a qualification in this field with relevant further education (e. g. “Meister”)
First professional experience in product development. Advantage is experience in flavor and sensory science
Very good communication skills, open minded and the ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances

In this exciting position you you’ll design, manage, drive, and implement new beverage recipes and concepts in lab scale to enhance and continuously improve our product portfolio. Overseeing the entire journey from lab-scale experimentation to seamless integration into production is a pivotal facet of this position.
Additionally, you’ll manage and track your projects independently.
PRODUCT RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES
Support of newly developed products till a stable production is guaranteed
Organization of product tasting sessions
Continuous mentoring of the product portfolio over the hole life span with extra focus on sensory evaluation (development, modification product profiling, verification)
PROCESS RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, evaluation and execution of lab trial documentation
Take joint responsibility for validation and optimization of lab equipment
Generate sensory and technical criteria to ensure high quality products
Scouting and sourcing for new ingredients
Pro-active optimization of development processes
