POSITION SUMMARY

Our office is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis. A successful candidate will be a positive and professional communicator with clients and staff. They will have the ability to grow with experiences and exposure to the industry. They must have the ability to use technology available and excel with new technology. Lastly, they will maintain punctuality, reliability, and efficiency.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND OR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • You have a minimum of 1 year working experience in an administrative position: prior experience at a professional services firm an asset
  • Good working knowledge of Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe)
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and can deal with confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work quickly and take on more responsibilities over time
