YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in economics, ideally with a focus on marketing
  • Experience in local/regional brand management in the FMCG industry in the form of internships/working student activities
  • A good feel for and interest in the world of beauty care & detergents & household care
  • Open-mindedness as well as analytical and conceptual skills
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • An above-average degree of independence and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent German and English language skills

Responsibilities:

  • Development of brand strategies and their implementation through launches, relaunches and promotions as well as communication development for the German market
  • Creation of concepts and support in the development of product innovations
  • Taking over budget management for an assigned brand (at operational level)
  • Independent preparation of market, competition and consumer analyses
  • Getting to know the varied, interdisciplinary everyday life in brand management, including participation in various meetings, market research and cooperation with agencies
