REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, specifically within capital markets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with financial instruments and the trade lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements within the capital markets domain.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries to support business decisions and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed business and system process flows.
• Assist with the implementation of technology solutions by liaising between business units and IT teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate the resolution of any issues identified.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
