To support our growth, we are recruiting a Consultant specialized in business analysis and change management for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). The CTU team is responsible for liaising with internal business teams in order to elicit, analyse, test, communicate and validate requirements for changes in business processes and technology solutions.
As part of this team, you will be liaising with business, IT and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders across our Financial operational and IT teams to gather, challenge, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed business specifications for the development team.
- Assist with the implementation and delivery of internal and external projects related to business process improvement, against a predetermined project plan.
- Provide project support and participate in problem solving as necessary.
- Understand existing organization, operational workflows, systems and tasks.
- Anticipate the regulations and understand the Luxembourg Law in order to advise your internal clients and be a creative force.
- Contribute to the improvement of change management processes in the organization; Integrate change management activities into project plans.
