You’ll have the opportunity to be a part of our Product and Card Scheme team, based in Amsterdam, where you’ll grow your analytical and technological skills, working alongside our product managers and software engineers by:

  • Overseeing business operations and monitoring business wide performance of our platform;
  • Optimizing our authorization process by analyzing key metrics of the payment process so we can provide data to our clients, internal teams and partners;
  • Collaborating across teams to write and maintain accurate documentation both internally and externally;
  • Assisting in quality assurance testing of the new and existing platform features;
  • Analyzing client data and trends to identify opportunities for authorization optimization, data integrity issues, and cost efficiencies;
  • Staying up-to-date with card network bulletins and rules to ensure that our processes and systems comply with all requirements;
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and outcomes for reference and audit purposes;
  • Developing and executing test plans to ensure the accuracy of our transaction cost estimates; and
  • Providing support to internal teams and clients on transaction cost estimation and reconciliation processes to help win business and improve client relationships

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Silverflow team!
